I love a water enhancer... but NOT red dye #40 or yellow #5 or #6. So, in my search, I found STUR. Compared to Mio, the stur flavors are slightly less intense, but I am SO alright with that as there isn't any artificial dyes (IN ALL MIO FLAVORS and it's vibrant, so it's a LOT of artificial dyes some of which are illegal to use in food products in other countries), flavors or aspartame(NOT in Mio). Having said that... Plain water is always the best choice. When you want an occasional change, I believe this drink mix is a good option. It is my opinion that everything that is "processed" probably contains things that could be questionable. So for me, it's about doing the best you can to avoid the worst/most of it. Of course, doing your own "processing" is always best. I do like that is a family business. UPDATE 9/2013: I've been asked to provide the ingredient list. If you go to the Stur website you will find all the latest and greatest flavors AND ingredients. Just rollover the bottle icon. If you have any issues with their website, please do contact them.
