I ordered the small bed for my 19 lb cockapoo which is in the pic attached. As you can see, she is way too big for the small bed. Upon closer inspection the description has the same measurements for the small and the medium, so I submitted a correction and hope they fix this. I submitted a return request and returned at Kohls which couldn't be easier, just drop it off with your return tag. I ordered a medium bed and it was delivered the next day! However the seams were not sown together very well and the stuffing was sticking out a golf ball sized hole. So, we ordered a replacement and returned the second unit to Kohls. This replacement was also received the next day and was perfect. My dog absolutely loves this furry bed and it seems to retain the heat her small body generates. I rate as a 5 because the dog seems very happy and comfortable, however based on the web site description and quality issue on the second unit I could see how many people would rate as a 3 or a 4. Amazon has a great platform to work around these issues.
