Just purchased two of these units in January and had them installed. They are very attractive and add a very fashionable touch to our Kohler dual-flush units. Functionality is great. Unlike one review I read about over spray, we have not had that problem. Wands work as advertised and the functionality is as expected. Love the remote, which is wall mounted in our installation. When researching the units last year, one review I read said that you had to have a compatible Toto toilet. I contacted Toto and they said that the units would fit any toilet (elongated or round), if the measurements were correct. We had no problems with sizing and the units fit beautifully. We took a trip to Japan in 2013, and there were Washlets installed every where we went, so when we got home we resolved to upgrade our toilets with Washlets. It was a great choice and these S350e's are a perfect choice for us. ******UPDATE February 23, 2014******* We continue to love this product and would recommend it to everyone I come in contact with. I am doing this update to inform about a problem that appeared after installation and my experience with Toto Technical Support. Both washlets were installed on the same day, by the same person, precise measurements on both units, both units functioning well. Except, the unit in the master bathroom appears to be defective: the Top Lid upon opening when you enter the room, opens with a loud Popping sound, as if the hinges on its sides are catching on something. I emailed Toto tech support and they asked me to call. I called and the technician had never experienced the issue, so they asked me to take a video and send it in to them so they can get their advanced team to look at it. The tech was very nice, accessing support was fairly painless. I am a little concerned, as I have not heard anything back from Toto, and there is no way that Amazon or the Amazon Seller can help, so I am preparing myself to have to purchase a third unit to replace the defective one. Primarily due to the fact that the popping is very loud, which sounds even louder when you go into the room in the middle of the night. I hope that I get a response soon, will keep you all updated on how well Toto responds. ******UPDATE March 1, 2014******* Toto tech support did not get back to me, but, while waiting, I contacted Amazon and the Seller, and the Seller got right on it to get in touch with Toto. In the meantime, a couple of days after talking to the Seller, the unit stopped making the noise and has been working fine ever since. Both the Seller and Toto tech support were contacted regarding the new development. Both contacted me to say that I should keep them updated if anything change. All in all, a great experience. ************UPDATE SEPTEMBER 14, 2014************* I wanted to post this update to make sure that any potential purchaser should be aware that "THIS IS AN APPLIANCE AND WHEN IT BREAKS, IT BREAKS, AND IT BREAKS YOUR HEART, BECAUSE IT IS SO WONDERFUL WHILE IT WORKS THAT YOU MISS IT" On my second unit, the Mist Sprayer is not spraying directly into the tank as it should, it is spraying out on the seat and the floor. Toto Tech Support is not the most efficient. I sent in a request online and got no reply, then I sent them an email and 2-3 days later got a reply. Then had to justify my purchase. I sent in two videos for the tech in the email showing the one the works and the one that doesn't and the tech didn't even view the videos. Instead he sent an email back asking if it was the wand. I asked him to please look at the videos, that he would see the problem. He then came back and wanted proof of purchase. Since then I have not heard back from him or anyone else. It is going on two weeks now. SO, as mentioned, be aware. I have powered down the unit and of course, it is now just a toilet seat, a very expensive toilet seat. I am very surprised at Toto's Tech Support.
