I don't usually write product reviews. But because I received such good customer service, I just had to say something special about this Gerchway Tire Inflator product. The overall quality is very good, but the gauge reading was about 5 psi low (verified by testing with two other accurate gauges) Rather than returning it to Amazon I contacted Gerchway customer service to inquire about a resolution to this problem. They said they would send me a new gauge immediately. Five days later an entire new Gerchway Tire Inflator kit arrived, and the gauge was 100% accurate!
