First and foremost, I bought this bottle with my own hard earned money. The bottle I received did have a coupon for a free bottle to follow up with which I do plan to take advantage of as I know if there is anything camping out in my intestines I want them all OUT so two rounds is better than one. I have never done a parasite cleanse and feel like crap majority of the time so thought I would give it a try. Here is my journal of events, in all of their poop-worthy glory. Started on a Wednesday evening as soon as I got it, dinner dose, no movement, lots of garlicky burps involved. Not a big garlic fan but it’s not too bad. Pills are regular capsule sized, easy to swallow, no issues there. Smell of cloves but don't really taste of cloves. Thursday: no movement, no garlicky burps today. Took advice of other reviewer and would eat a little, take pills, then finish eating so that must have solved that issue. Took Dr. Tobias colon cleanse before bed and drank a good amount of water throughout the day to get some movement going. Friday: We have movement! Had 3 morning bm’s (Dr. Tobias rocks), was super excited to see if any critters came out but didn’t really see anything (bummed and relieved at the same time). I however did not pick through my stool. I did spot a couple of white dots but not sure if it was parasite or food related?? Thinking it could be eggs-gross! Received an email from Teraputics today for my code for my free bottle so went ahead and ordered that and will do that cleanse 2 weeks after I finish this one as instructed. I have noticed that my skin is breaking out a little but not sure if it’s the cleanse or my new foundation. Also feel tired and achey but nothing too bad. Taking more colon cleanse pills before bed for hopefully more movement tomorrow. I look forward to bm’s now, how weird is that? Saturday: woke up about 6:30 am ready for action. Had a large bm and didn’t see anything crazy like a tapeworm but did see more white dots, which is NOT normal, so very glad I am doing this cleanse. Feeling pretty good today, more energy than usual. Took advantage and hit the gym. 2 more Dr. Tobias pills before bed. Skin is clearing up. Sunday: 3 morning bm’s today, a few more white specs and seemed to be a little stringy maybe (gross I know) but honestly, it’s hard to see when you are looking in the toilet. I do know I am feeling better so something must be happening and I must say even though I am not picking through it my poop isn’t looking too normal so guessing there is definitely stuff in there that shouldn't be. Update: 4th bm, sort of, being it was more of something small and clear, parasite? I am so grossed out right now but glad whatever it is it is out of my body! Received my free bottle in the mail today, perfect timing :) Monday: no movement today, taking 2 colon cleanse pills before bed. Tuesday: regretting taking those 2 colon cleanse pills. Up at 4;30 am through 6:30 am with stomach pains(cursing Dr. Tobias). Finally had a bm, very loose stool, then back to sleep for an hour. Another one when I woke up-lots of white dots today-gross! I am not taking anymore colon cleanse pills so will just have to be patient and wait for bm’s. Drinking a lot of water today to help out and eating more fiber. Despite my disrupted sleep I feel pretty darn good today. Hit the gym, not craving junk food at all, etc. Wednesday: Only one bm today, a few white specs, nothing else crazy, but yet again I did not pick through it. Feeling great again today. Thursday: no bm’s today, slept terrible so was tired and had a headache majority of the day (I am prone to migraines). Friday: nothing to report other than feeling constipated so upping my fiber intake Saturday: bm was firm today and saw a few black specks but no white dots today. Feeling great today! Today is my last day of the cleanse, all in all I would do this cleanse again and will after a couple of weeks as suggested as I think there is more to come, or come out I should say ;) Will try to update after round 2. This cleanse is gentle so you could easily take it and go to work. I did not have any side effects from it other than a few garlicky burps in the beginning. I definitely need to find a gentle way to cleanse my colon while taking for round 2 as you want to expel as much as possible to get those critters/eggs out! UPDATE: Finished round 2 and nothing really new to report. Had a few more white specks the first couple of days then clear every day thereafter so thinking it did it's job. I will try to do this cleanse at least once a year as I do feel it was effective.
