My first wedge use was at my physical therapist office... He used it under my legs against my rear end which helped my back and knees both! I told him it was the best and I needed one. He said you can get on on Amazon for around $38. First thing I did when I got home was order one! I am so happy I did! I love the versatility this wedge has!!! You can use it to sit up and read, watch TV or elevate sore limbs in bed or on your couch/chair! I've slept with it both under my legs and under my back like a ramp depending on which ailment I'm trying to alleviate. But one and you'll see!
