I was on the hunt to replace our old memory foam topper of 4-5 years...our old one didn't have a cover and being that we have cats, had collected a lot of dust etc over the years. I researched for a while before deciding on this one, especially loving the warranty as well as return policy if not satisfied. It arrived quickly and well packaged(I appreciate it came with the guarded cutter so that nothing would get accidentally cut. Out of the box it was totally flattened of course, but fully expanded in less than 24 hours (really more like 12). It expanded completely (no lumps--instructions explain how to smooth out if lumps do happen), and fit perfectly on our king size bed. The bamboo cover is really nice and high quality(and has a slip resistant side), as is the foam mattress itself. The real test of course is the sleep test--heavenly! I'm so glad we decided to replace our old topper because I had no idea what we were missing! After all my research, I'm concinvinced this is the best foam mattress topper selling on amazon and am so glad I took a chance despite there only being a few (albeit good) reviews at the time of purchase.
