I was skeptical of buying this product since I read so many awful reviews and looked at the pictures of many beloved pets with sores around the necks but I took a chance and bought the product. I tried the expensive flea drops and nothing worked! 6 months my kitty suffered from fleas and it was driving him crazy! When the flea collar arrived we immediately put it around Kyo's neck and it was awkward for him since he never wears collars and he was acting strange but after an hour or so he realized what it was, within 2 hours he stopped itching excessively. After two days of wearing the collar he stopped scratching. We checked his neck every day for the first two weeks just in case he was starting to get an allergic reaction. He was perfectly fine and he has been so calm and relaxed no more scratching! He's been wearing the collar for a month now and I definitely recommend it! Just check your cats's neck daily if you think he or she will be allergic. I'll update this review if anything changes or it stops working within 8 months. Oh I also like the reflective pieces that attach to the collars! Too bad my Kyo ended up breaking them lol Update: the collar stopped working at 5 months. It was worth it and I will be repurchasing the product. Update 2: Repurchased the collar and the fleas died within a couple hours. Extremely happy with the product.
