I ordered this cart after looking at others on Amazon because of it's sturdy appearance. When I received it, the back axle, bolts and wrench were missing, so I contacted both Amazon and the manufacturer though information enclosed with the cart. The customer service I received was outstanding - I got an immediate reply from both of them, and was promptly shipped the parts I needed in order to be able to use it. I couldn't be happier with the cart - it's just what I expected it to be - and Amazon and the manufacturer. So glad I decided to get this item as opposed to others I saw - it's perfect for my needs.
