I've been taking this particular brand of black seed oil in liquid form for several weeks now and I love it. I decided to try the capsules and I'm so glad I did! The capsules are tiny and a lot more convenient to take when I'm on the go. I've notice a huge improvement in the way I feel. My sleep quality is greatly improved, I've lost weight, my hair and nails are growing like crazy and I have much more energy. This is something I plan to take for the rest of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!
