Cures athlete's foot and plantars warts
I'm a backwoods country girl, so I've been using bag balm for years, but I'm also an RN, and can't even tell you how many times I've recommended this to patients for stubborn skin conditions. It's one of the absolute best remedies for external fungal infections, much better than prescription remedies. If you use it every day after you bathe, it will cure even the worst case of athlete's foot in a couple of months (make sure you get it around and under your toenails). When I was using it after a pedi-from-hell, I accidentally discovered it also cures plantars warts– mine had been getting worse for about fifteen years, but it vanished completely. That was a few years ago, and there's no sign of it coming back! I was getting refills and stocking stuffers, and thought someone might want to compare sizes, so I snapped this photo– standard size pen and nail file with 8 oz, 4 oz, 1 oz tins, and 0.25 oz tube.
