I just got the cat tree today and my kitty Mason likes it so far. He loves how soft it is and the rope hanging down from it. It was packed nicely in a box and was heavy to get in the door. When I first opened the box, I was a little scared of putting it together, but the instructions were fairly clear-cut although the pieces are not labeled. Make sure you separate the pieces first so you don't mess up later. When you are putting it up, the fabric sheds some, so be prepared to vacuum after. My cat was last weighed at 16.6 lbs and doesn't have an issue climbing up or down, but it can be a little wobbly. The hanging basket attachment can be moved inwards so it isn't sticking out so much, but it isn't much of a problem. I would give it 5 stars if it was a little less wobbly, but I am very satisfied with it and so is my cat.
