I'm an ER doctor and have been suffering from worsening cervical radiculopathy over the last 6 months. I bought this pillow as a last ditch effort before actually seeing a specialist myself and getting an MRI/injections, etc. After two nights the pain was markedly better, and after a month the nerve pains shoooting down my arm stopped completely. I had switched back to my lighter weight pillow and been doing OK, until a 9 day trip to California had my radiculopathy back to way worse than before. A week on my water pillow and the pain is gone!! I'll not make the same mistake again! I'm worsening another one for our beach condo now!
