**Update 5/27/17** Since reviewing this item previously, I am going to change my review mainly based on the customer service I received. The company contacted me after my review because I was experiencing the plug heating up excessively. They said they were going to send a replacement to me and they did just that! I received it quite quickly and it worked perfectly. They didn't even want the other one returned which was surprising. I used the new one last night on my GS7 and it charged up quickly. I love this product and absolutely love their customer service. I will, without a doubt, purchase from them again and feel I will never be disappointed. Thank you so much for your amazing team. Haven't had to use it since I just received but it looks like a well made product. Came with a 75% charge already and charging it fully took approximately 4 hrs. The adapter I used was a little warm to the touch while charging but I suppose that's to be expected. When I finally get to use it, I will change my rating if all goes well.
