I am THE queen of stick vacs, the mother of a toddler, and owner of two cats. I made it my mission over the years to find a great stick vac, but I needed something with a 2-in-1 feature so I could use a hand vac also. I have previously been the owner of the Eureka Boss, a Shark 2-in-1, and a Dirt Devil Accucharge. The latter vacuum couldn't even get me through the one year warranty without the battery dying on me. I was researching this and the Dyson equivalent [I own the Dyson Animal], but thought I would give this a try given the reviews and being a smidge less. I am extremely satisfied. The charge is long lasting, the suction is exceptional. It's so convenient, effortless and feels sturdy.
