Just got this quilt, its not even on the bed yet haha. I opened it up and it's soft, feels like a good weight, not too heavy but has some good substance. The colors are brilliant! It's exactly what I was expecting it to be. I had a little trepidation because of some of the reviews, but the quilt I received is gorgeous. The backing is a medium toned (but bright) CYAN color. People typically say turquoise when it's Cyan, but turquoise has a touch more green in it where as cyan has more of a blue base. For anyone wondering, it's not a pieced quilt. The print on the front looks like long strips sewn together, but it's just a print with typical quilt sewing. It looks super convincing though. All and all, first impression is that I'm in love with this quilt. If you're like me and you see this but the couple iffy reviews are making you hesitate, don't. Buy it. You'll be glad you did. I saved this one, spent DAAYS looking at other quilts, kept coming back to it, and finally gave in and bought it. So.. don't be like me, I'll make the decision for you. You're gonna buy it.
