I personally have been using this particular product and strength for over a year. Was diagnosed with IBS and on so much medication it took a pharmacist to coordinate meds and times to be taken. A friend recommended probiotics. I started taking it at a higher dose and now am at 25b. Works wonders me. Also helped hubby with his stomach issues. I did contact them because of concerns about it being refrigerated and shipping it. They claim they allow for shipping in their compounding of the product. I've never had a problem with it being less effective. And they're reasonably priced. Honestly don't think I could do without it.
