I brought it on March 10th and it go here today (March 15th). There's very little assembling required. All your doing in screwing on the legs. The legs are tucked away in a zipped compartment underneath the futon (not hard to miss). It took me roughly 20 mins to put everything together. When it's all set up the futon sits about 14 1/2 inches off the ground I'm 5'10'' and I don't have a problem getting up off of it. I don't have a problem with it sinking either (though I've only had it for a few hours now lol). When laid flat, the bed is about the size of a full size mattress. If you add the chaise (which lays flat too) it could be a queen sized mattress. The ONLY thing I don't really like is how it feels. It's a bit too firm for my liking but I can deal with it! Overall, I'm very happy with this!
