Bought this machine based of the claim it could peel potatoes in a minute. I was fully prepared to return it if it didn't peel, so that was the first test. And it worked. Interesting thing, it tells you that you can do 6 small round potatoes in 40 seconds, but my potatoes are never round, rather they are average size oval potatoes. So that meant you can only do 4 at a time, not a big deal, but also good to know they do t have to be perfectly round. Next I tried making fruit salad as their website and videos make it look so pretty and I was hopeful but sceptical You can see from the picture, it worked. However it should be noted that I tried to do oranges and it didn't work. Not sure if it was just because the bowl was too full (as I tried it last) or the oranges were too soft (will try again later). I then wanted to make Israeli salad. That's diced up cucumbers and tomato salad. It works, but the cucumber squares are larger than I wanted them to be (1cm x 1 cm) and it only comes with one size dicer . Would be awesome if you could buy a finer dicer attachment Instructions were ok, but a little confusing. Blades come in a storage container which is good, because they are incredibly sharp While you can put the blades in the dishwasher, you can't put the main bowl in (shame) Key things to note is: A) I didn't return it B) recommended this unit to friends Much better than my previous food processor that was also a top of the line Hope that helps
