I am usually a woman of few words, but in this case I feel like I need to share my great experience. I cannot express how pleased I am with this purchase. I recently became aware that I am a severe grinder. I would often wake up with headaches and at my last dentist appointment I was told that I had worn down my teeth to the point there would be significant damage if I didn't do something soon (I'm only 25, so this scared me a bit). The dentist suggested a night guard. Unfortunately my insurance would not cover it and I was told the guard would set me back at least $300. Being fresh out of grad school, I do not have an extra $300 to spend on a night guard, or really anything. That is why I did a little research and came across J&S Dental Lab. Since I am new to the whole night guard thing I was not sure if the top or bottom would be better. I looked at the reviews and it seemed like more people liked the bottom, so I went ahead and ordered that. So happy I did that! It was very comfortable, it took me no time at all to get used to wearing it. I actually slept better the first night with it in than I had for a long time. I also wanted to mention that I bought the day/night guard because I was not sure whether or not the heavier duty guard would be too bulky and uncomfortable. I soon realized that I was a heavier grinder than I thought and found that my grinding wore down the guard significantly. I sent J&S an e-mail about this and within hours they responded and assisted me with this issue. I decided to order another guard (the heavy duty one) and they helped me every step of the way. I had so many questions, and they were so quick and helpful with answering them. Once I purchased my second guard online they send me instructions on what to do next (send back my first impression with some paperwork). I just sent off my first impression for my second order and I cannot wait to get it. The moral of the story is that J&S is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone! I wish every company had customer service as wonderful as J&S.
