I am a maintenance mechanic and have installed motion lights for almost as long as they have been around. I have several inside and outside around my own property. I recently mounted this unit for a customer to replace the one I installed about 20 years ago. I decided on this unit because of the high ratings and the combined LED lighting. Unfortunately it's a dud. It is mounted on a building facing an open parking area. My customer called me the first night he arrived at the building in the evening. He said the light came on as he approached the front door and lit the area quit nicely. Problem was, it did not go off. He ended up having to turn off the breaker to the light before leaving. Looks like I'll be replacing it again. Update: As it turns out, this light does work very well, it's the customer that doesn't!!!!!!!!!!!
