works great. quiet powerful and doesn't get hot. the only problem is the factory doesn't have the blades adjusted out of the box.i know why people where complaining about this thing cutting them . if you run your finger along the edge you can feel the teeth on the top blade sticking out. there are 2 adjustment screws you need to loosen so you can move the bottom blade up. the bottom blade is stationary and the top blade moves. you don't want the moving blade to touch your skin!
