I REFUSED to use this thing, the whole concept of a moist tush always felt odd to me.. HOWEVER, after various household members used it and swore by it, I succumbed and tried it once. Well needless to say, I'm NEVER going back to not using a bidet. It has become essential for everyone in the house, making the restroom in which It was placed the most coveted one in the household.. I personally installed it, I am no handy-lady and because of that it took me about and hour from start to finish. Regardless, there are no leaks and it works to perfection. My only advice is follow the instructions with which it comes and Teflon tape will probably be your best friend. It is truly an easy apparatus to install (if you have patience and experience which of the both I lack. So there you have it, If I could do it so can you). Great purchase, I definitely recommend it!👍
