I have only ever had pre-ground coffee, and OH MAN! Fresh ground is a revelation! It is SO GOOD! Anyway, this product has been a champ through every day use. I'm absolutely ADDICTED to fresh ground coffee, now, so it's safe to say, it has taken a beating these last 2 months, and is still kicking like a champ! It looks like a cheap plastic hunk of future junk, but it is so efficient at grinding coffee evenly and fine. I've never had such a fine ground coffee, and it's been great. Hope it continues to work. Will be back to update if and when it breaks down.
