It's just the best generator in it's price range. Get hybrid! Propane lasts twice as long, but if you run out, gasoline is there for your trip to the propane refill. Super simple and works like a charm. Key's for propane use: Choke is always on (closed). Press the propane valve primer.(this is why people complain it won't start on propane) There is no hybrid switch, shut the gasoline valve off, you're on propane. The battery wire is disconnected on delivery, it's hanging from underneath unit. Connect it. It's not the spare wires that come separate. You don't need those. I've run my house on it 240 V to Inlet. Not enough kick for Washer/Dryer and AC. Leave those fuses off. It runs the rest of my house just as good as my Energy company. Also people who's generator broke, you do not start a generator with a load on it, it will fry it. Let it warm up then plug in loads. I'm betting that's what happened.
