Keeps your clothes fresh, and it's pretty
I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion. So yes the Samsung AirDresser is gorgeous, in fact stunning for an appliance, but it's got plenty of substance too, beware it's very heavy, 97 Kilos (214 lbs) heavy. If you buy one, and bottom line I think you should if you're interested in keeping clothes fresher between dry cleanings. Please get white glove delivery. This fine piece of laundry hardware is a monster. The box was taller than 73 inches and only delivered to my living room. I got my workout for the day and thensome getting it up to my office on the second floor, solicit help and a refrigerator dolly unless you enjoy near death experiences. It was incredibly well packed with plenty of styrofoam, and unboxing was easy if you cut where the box tells you. Once unboxed and set up, the handy quick start guide shows you where everything goes and the manual fills in the one detail it doesn't cover. On to the cleaning, once you've filled the water tank, (fyi the first run uses more water than usual). My first garment was a wool peacoat that was in dire need of a cleaning and I'm happy to report that I could barely hear this wondrous appliance work, and that was only during the steam generation phase. Not only did my coat survive, but it's fresh, not quite professional, but close. I was surprised to discover a dryer sheet holder, which I can't wait to try. It has 18 different cycles separated into 4 groups (General, Sanitize, Drying, and Special). This thing can dry lingerie on one cycle and sanitize your sheets on another. Anyone out there who uses cloth diapers...this is your new best friend (don't tell your partner). It's quiet enough to have in your closet, just be sure you have enough space especially in terms of height it's over 6 feet, you'll obviously also need a power outlet. The smart things app notifies you when a cycle finishes, allows you to change the settings, and even control the AirDresser (disabled by default), that will certainly come in handy if you load it but forget to turn it on, as I am prone to doing with my dishwasher. The Samsung AirDresser is right on time, if you still have to head out into the world for work, and your favorite outfit isn't as fresh as you'd like, throw it in the AirDresser between dry cleanings, you can't go wrong with this, especially since it does so much more than that. The sanitize function is a boon for any germaphobe with pets. Get your hands on one if you can, you'll love it.
