100% silk front and back. Zip closure that slides like butter. Very important to have a zip closure or else it will slide right off your pillow. Slept on it for a couple days and my hair looks amazing already. I have thick long hair and get knots easily, no freaking knots....none. No face creases either. I have sensitive skin and my skin feels alot calmer as well. If you want silky hair, no face creases and if you have sensitive skin, get it.
