This stuff is an absolute miracle for me. I could give you my full drawn out background, but let’s just leave it at this: I’m 29, a 4 year post op gastric sleeve patient, and a life long IBS sufferer. Chronic bathroom issues for years, have tried literally everything under the sun to try and “normalize” my body. One of my fellow post-op patients swears by this stuff, because we take calcium supplements anyway, and she told me it helps keep things...moving, as an added bonus. I finally ordered a week ago, and take one tablespoon in the mornings before my coffee. Taste is great, doesn’t bother me in the least; although if you knew the problems I’ve had you’d realize that I would swallow a tablespoon of literally anything on earth, if it would help my IBS issues. For the first time 4+ years, I’ve become regular. Every day. I know for most people that isn’t something to be super proud of, but for me it’s basically the most gold star worthy thing ever, haha. Great calcium supplement, great added bonus of regularity. Wooooo!!!
