My kids love them!
I normally buy the mykind organic kids multivitamin, so I will be comparing these to them, as I feel like they're similar. I decided to try these instead because my son isn't the biggest fan of the flavor of mykind. **I always purchased the mykind vitamins over these because per oz, those are cheaper, but you are directed to take 4 per child, per day. So we went through one bottle in 15 days, when taken daily. With MaryRuth's you take 2 per day, per child, so one bottle also lasts 15 days, if taken daily, as well. So technically, this is only a few cents more. **Both are vegan, both are gluten-free, both are non-GMO, and both contain folate vs synthetic folic acid, which both of my children need. **Vitamin wise, mykind has more vitamin c & d, where as MaryRuth's has more b12 and folate, to name a few. Overall, mykind has more vitamins included in their blend, than MaryRuth's. **MaryRuth's is a smaller business, whereas mykind was bought out by nestle, so if buying small is important to you, these have the edge. **My children really liked the flavor or these over the mykind vitamins. **In conclusion, I think these are a wonderful choice. They are priced well for what you get (organic, vegan, healthy ingredients). If you have healthy children, who eat a balanced diet, I think these will compliment them well. However, since my children have some nutrient deficiencies (mainly B vitamins) and one with an autoimmune disorder, having the extra vitamin C & D is important for us to keep his immune system up without having to purchase a separate c & d supplement. I would definitely recommend, but will likely not purchase again, as they don't necessarily meet our needs.
