I absolutely loved this book. This past spring, all I asked my husband for for my birthday was books: I gave him a list of four or five, and he lovingly bought all of them. But he also bought Girl, Wash Your Face, a book I hadn't requested. He was so excited for me to read it, as he was sure I would like it, and he was right. I adored it. Since reading this book, I have become obsessed with all things Rachel Hollis, and I think my husband may slightly regret his birthday purchase ;) I follow Rachel on social media, watch all of her facebook/instagram lives, listen to her podcasts. I am always telling my husband, "You know, Rachel Hollis said ______," "On Rachel and Dave's couples' podcast, they said ________," "Did you know that Rachel Hollis _________?" And on and on and on. What I believe to be the best quality of this book is Rachel's voice. Not all authors manage to conjure up a sense of voice, but when you read Rachel's book, you can hear her in her writing. She immediately welcomes you in and truly does address you as friend. I could relate to so many of the lies she addresses and learned a lot. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
