I love my Instant Pot but sometimes it’s just overkill. I’m a single person and sometimes just need something small for myself and maybe a grandchild or two, and something that doesn’t take a lot of counter space. I bought this just before Thanksgiving as I was making a small butternut squash soup and this seemed perfect for that. I nearly bought a different small crock but reviews said even the low setting cooked very hot and burned things, so I changed my mind. I found this one which was even a bit smaller (a plus for me). The low setting cooked the soup all morning without burning, and I loved that it then has a “keep warm” setting. Just exactly what I wanted.
