After fighting brain fog and headaches virtually every day with occasional migraines for 20 years, I am finally headache free. The only change I can attribute to the relief is I now drink my morning coffee with 3 TBSP of this oil blended with it. I was skeptical at first because I had tried so many things over the years, including hormone therapy and prescription drugs, but nothing had ever brought lasting relief. It took about 2 weeks to ease the dose up to 3 TBSP, but once I did, the headaches left and have not come back. That was 2 months ago. I won't travel without it. It's time to reorder and I am going to try the organic version of this brand. It's a little more expensive but I'm becoming more organic conscious these days.
