Wow! Just got this and LOVE it. Very classy and serene looking, especially compared the all plastic ones. The look of it is like something you would find in a spa. I had no problems with the easy set up and the mist began within a couple of minutes of turning it on. Very simple to use. The stream of steam coming coming out is nice and strong (but not overly strong) and my apartment was smelling amazing within 5 minutes tops. It is also VERY quiet and I look forward to using it with some lavendar oil when I sleep tonight! The instruction manual also came with a few essential oil "recipes," which was a nice added bonus. I would not only recommend this, I am going to buy another one asap for a gift!
