The smell is terrible! Very fishy. But that's okay if it works, and it seems to be helping. It took a couple of days to get my dog used to it. She wouldn't take the treat at first unless I had it wrapped in ham, and even then she worked around it, ate the ham, and spit out the treat! But now she eats them right out of my hand. She has severe "itchies", to the point of licking/scratching raw spots into her legs and tail. I've been using these treats for just over a week, and it appears that some of her raw spots are healing. I'm hoping this will continue and that we can get her healed completely. I won't mind buying these on a regular basis if they keep her from itching!
