I had stop taking Chromium Picolinate because the last brand was not effective. I decided to try this Carlyle Ultra after reading the reviews. Well, I was not disappointed! It did exactly what I needed it to do and that was to diminish (greatly) my craving for sugar treats. Since starting this brand I have reduced my weight by 5 lbs!! I do not claim that this is for weight loss but it made me desire sweets less therefore reducing my calories. A Win Win for me and my health!
