This is a great bag! It has 3 zipper pockets on the front, one on one side, a regular pocket on the other with the USB port for phone or device charging, a velcro loop on the back to attach to other luggage, wheels that are inline to not add height, a long handle that goes all the way down to not add height, and fabric handles if you want to just carry it. Inside it has 2 zipper pockets (one of which is see through) on the back of the front flap, one see through buttoned foldable zipper pocket, one pocket on one side where you connect the USB port to the battery, and a zipper in the back for storage. It seems to measure 13" depth, 14" length, and 8" width. Overall it's really sturdy and a great quality! It rolls smoothly, it has two zippers and the zippers are of quaility. I will be taking this as my personal item to Jamaica on Spirit so I'll see if it passes the test. It definitely has plenty of room! Edit: Took it on Spirit June 2018 it fit right under the seat fully packed!
