I was using the Amazon bargain Power One batteries in my hearing aids for over a year, and recently tried these Duracell batteries. I kept a spreadsheet of how long they lasted so that I could compare. The Duracell batteries had significantly longer life which more than justified the slightly higher cost. I have attached a picture of the results. The Power One batteries lasted an average of 54 hours, and with price I paid I was getting 230hrs/$ of battery. The Duracell batteries lasted an average of over 84 hours, and with the price I paid I was getting 266 hours/$ of battery. Plus I was not being bothered to replace them as often. And yes, I am a retired engineer so I just have to do things like this!
