I am impressed with everything! First, I was expecting it to come in a huge box. Nope. It was well packaged and manageable for me to move without another adult for help. Second, the directions are exceptional! Very detailed with great pictures. The parts are all very well built--meaning everything aligned perfectly when assembling. All pieces assembled great! It included all the tools I would need, so I didn't have to dig my own out. The height adjustment is good and the position adjustment is good. The resistant bands work great! I only wish the computer display was a bit more sturdy to set my laptop angled on. However, It could handle a small electronic or small book. The screen has plenty of options to make it impressive for an at home cheaper bike. It is sturdy, yet easy to move. Even my 7 year old could scoot it around. This is a must have!
