The unit comes with clear instructions which at first glance seemed daunting because of the number of steps. However, the printed instructions, on-screen guidance, and web site info guided me through the process step-by-step. It took a few minutes, but I was quickly able to upload about 200 photos from my laptop for viewing on the device. The only hiccup was learning that I needed to "enable" the collection before it would play. The 10" screen is a good size: viewable without being too obstructive. The auto on/off sensor that activates when there is motion in the room works fine. Unit controls via an app on my smart device function as described.
