I ordered this book for my 10 year old. While we have had many talks about puberty, etc. I think it helps to have a book with illustrations that can answer questions that she has. After reading through the book, I feel it is very appropriate for her age. She read several sections last night and told me it was very interesting. Happy with my purchase.
