So I've had this item in my shopping cart for a long time and when I finally ordered it couldn't wait to get it in the mail. Upon arrival, opening the box everything did seem presentable. It was in a neat white box with all the items pictured ( double ended roller, the flat Jade for what I believe is for the under eye? The little burlap bag and a silicone type of brush for applying creams and such) but upon closer look, the Jade roller on the bigger end only has one little clear cap I guess to prevent it from slipping off? But the other end doesn't have it. So it pops off while I'm using it and I almost cut myself with the metal end. Kinda disappointing honestly. Ive been trying to learn more about skin care and really wanted to have my face roller which now isn't all that useable. It'd make a great gift if it doesn't arrive with malfunctions. But overall, not sure I'd recommend. ✨EDIT✨ I left my previous review so others could understand the edit to it. But I'm more than happy that the seller was nice and courteous enough to send me a free replacement and refund to fix the error with the original order. Now I'm satisfied with the items and I'm so exited to finally be able to use it! And thinking about it, like I said in my original review, the packaging alone would make it a perfect gift. Thank you to the seller for being responsible and making me a 100% happy customer!
