Are you MASSIVE? Do your legs reach the depths of Tartarus when you get out of bed? Are you taller than the average Redwood? Is the weather up there significantly different than it is where that shorty is asking you? Then you're like me, and it's INCREDIBLY difficult for you to find any variety of clothes that fit. I was looking for skirts that were specifically reviewed by tall folks, but that's hard, so I went out on a limb here. I'm 6' edging 6'1" and 170 lbs, I got a 36" inseam and my torso is Long. My hips Do Not lie. I opted for floor length on this because I was skeptical that it would even reach that far. BOY was I an idiot. When they made this skirt they had us tall babes in mind. It fits snug around my belly, not too tight but definitely not loose, and the waistband starts above my belly button, this is not a skirt meant to be worn around the hips. It reaches to the floor. Like ALL the way to the floor. I've only ever had the problem of stepping on my skirts ONCE and that was in a college production of Shakespeare's Cymbeline. Now here I am falling all over myself like some Victorian maiden hastily running down the steps once she discovers her beloved is home from the war. I LOVE this skirt my dudes. It's flowing, it's soft, it's LONG, it's got POCKETS. I didn't even REALIZE it had pockets until I opened the package. I'm fairly certain I could have gotten what I wanted out of ankle length but here I am, Morticia, absolutely COMING for your man. I will likely trip first.
