I love these lights so much! I actually initially put these lights on an Xmas list my family in I made for each other (I put this stand on there too) I got the lights and a couple stands I wanted from family for xmas. I set these up on this stand and I love how you can bend and wrap them around so easily. In my picture you really only see 3 of the lights but the 4th is wrapped under a shelf and shining on the lowest plant. I needed more lights for this stand if I want to fully fill it up so I ordered myself another set! I've been using these lights for about 2 weeks so far. Here's what I can share about them. I'm a HUGE plant person and I had to get lights in order to add anymore new plants as I've used all my natural light space! The clip is very strong and easy to clamp on. Each head moves separately and they can bend and curve however you need and they stay where you set them. The actual lighted portion is about 8.5" and the entire arm is about 25" you can twist the lighted part to face what direction you need as well. It has 9 different brightness settings! Most others have 4 to your on average so I thought that was nice! The highest is plenty bright! My picture is about in the middle of the levels. It has red, blue, or red and blue light settings which I really like. The picture it is on the combo setting. The timer function is great. It has 3/9/12 hour options. My only complaint is something I have found is the same in any of these style/size/price lights. You just have to turn the lights on at the time you want them to start and then click the timer button until it flashes on the color matching the time you want to select. Thats the only indication you have that the timer is on and if for some reason you have to turn off or unplug you have to be able to turn on again at the time you want. Would be nice to be able to just select a time to turn on and off but I have not found any options like that in these anyways! So far I've been running it on the 9 hour function in a room that gets minimal light and the spot the stand is in doesn't get any of it, my plants have been thriving! My amaryllis had gotten green and barely sprouted and it had been weeks. In less than 2 weeks it has now been growing like crazy! I am very happy with them (hence purchasing a 2nd set)
