First of all, I paid FULL PRICE for these. I don't know if that matters, but there it is. Anyway, I love, love, LOVE these leg warmers. I have a few pairs already, but when I saw how long these were I jumped on them. Once I got them, I bought two more colors because THEY ROCK!!! I wear them around the house or out and about, and I get tons of compliments on them. I love wearing them with over tights or leggings with dance shorts and a long sweater; it is my heaven. Mine weren't scratchy or itchy at all, but they do slide down a bit if I don't have tights under them. Not so bad that I can't wear them over bare legs, but they require a small adjustment after a bit of walking, no biggie though. I have fairly thick thighs, I wear a size 12 jeans and the top of my thigh just below my butt is about 21 inches. I wondered if it made a difference so I had my sister, who is a twig, try them on and they stayed up on her thighs too, possibly even better than on mine. The fact that my tiny sister and I can wear the same pair of leggings makes me think they are magical leggings, but I'm not sure, maybe it's just the rib knitting. I'm kidding, btw. These are LONG. I wear them over my heels most of the time and they go all the way to my butt and have a bit of scrunching to them. I'm 5'8" and my 5'3" sister wears them too, but she has more scrunching when she wears them. They are super cute either way. If you are considering buying these leggings, just do it, they are fantastic.
