This stuff is great. What else can I say. I got scabies.....again! The first time was about 1 1/2 years ago. I had no idea what it was. I went to a walk in clinic and they diagnosed it as scabies. Between the doctor visit, and the two tubes of prescribed 5% permethrin, I spent about $300. That's just bogus! This time around, I knew I had scabies. My girlfriend helped me track down this Martin's Permethrin 10% and it's great! I ordered it from here. I spent the extra money on shipping out of desperation. It was here in two days. Here's the deal. You just mix this stuff with whatever body lotion you prefer. I used gold bond ultimate healing. It's a 1:1 ratio. Half permethrin 10%, and half body lotion. That way you dilute it to 5%. No one on here explained how they mixed it. Trust me, you want to mix it up real good. I just measured everything out and stuck it in a ziplock bag. You'll be able to mix everything up real good in there. After that, I just washed out an old, empty body of cleanser to put the cream in. I cut off one of the corners of the bag and squeezed it all into the bottle. The last thing to do is just cover yourself, head to toe in the cream and wait a minimum of 8 hours, but no more than 12. I was very specific with my review, because as someone who went through this experience, I was panicking at the time! This stuff is great! Follow the directions that worked for me and you should be scabies free. Also, just a couple side notes: You should do one follow up treatment a week later. And in the meantime you should bag up all of your clothes. Shoes should be put in the freezer. And your bed spread should be washed everyday. And the great thing about this stuff is that it can be diluted in water, put in a spray bottle, and then you can spray material based things such as your bed, and couch.
