I am in love with this Mandolin, I really am. It is so easy to use. It can be used for so many different things. I love the thick and thin settings on the slicer itself. If you are looking for a Mandolin look no further because this one is amazing and will not let you down. I did get this mandolin at a discount in exchange for my honest review; the opinions in this review are mine and mine alone. They are in no way swayed by the price I paid. Matter of fact I will be purchasing another one for my mother who is a master chef because she loves it so much!
