I purchased this to use at home daily and I wanted something that would be fairly compact to travel with. It was ready to go out of the box when I tried it out. I have since fully charged it and used it about 8 more times now and it is still on full charge. I expect it would last all month for my needs. Overall this is a simple to use system that does the job of the name brand for much less. I found that the soft setting was my preferred setting for flossing and pulse is good for gum massaging. The design is a simple reservoir on the bottom drawn up via a pump in the body with the spray pushed out the tip on top. You don't need much more than that. You can unscrew the reservoir from the pump for easy cleaning or filling. You can also fill from the side port. I am glad it has so many tips, I expect to use it for a long time to come! Be cautioned on how you grab it though. One of the first times I handled it after filling it I accidentally turned it on and the water stream hit my ceiling!
