I do low carb/Keto lifestyle & this is great for taking along on trips. Also it doesn’t spoil b/c you can reconstitute only what you need for current recipe. Texture is good. The only suggestion I would make is if using as creamer, put desired amount in cup first, then oour coffee on top & stir in. It seems to blend in better that way.
