YOU NEED TO PLACE THE PILLOW IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BACK, NOT AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF YOU CHAIR!! The pictures shown here for where to place the pillow are wrong and I suspect is why people are giving this one star. You should feel a huge difference between placing the pillow in the correct location and placing it directly on the bottom of the seat which will not benefit your back and which will push you off the edge of your chair. After adjusting the pillow it is 100% amazing my posture is perfect I'm not falling off chair anymore, and I don't have to consciously lean back into my chair, the pillow just keeps my back propped up perfectly.
