I really love the adjustable height. If I want to sit down on the couch it’s not to high or if I want to stand I could adjust the height. One thing I noticed is I do have to tighten up part to keep the head steal from moving a lot. But it could be move pushing the head all the time. It’s easy to pack up and move around the house. But I will say the dummy head leaning to the side will cause the stand to fall over. So the stability isn’t all that.
